We're on a mission to build better support systems for dads

WELCOME TO
THE DILF CLUB!

Here’s the truth: there is an endless amount of advice once you enter the world of parenthood, and most of that advice will center around your children. However, there are a number of other pivotal areas that will significantly impact your experience as a new parent, yet are all too-often ignored.

What rarely gets discussed are the parts of your life that quietly shift: your relationships, your sense of self, and the support you need to show up fully for your family.

Despite the comedic title, The DILF (Dad I’d Like to… Friend) Handbook is a practical resource for the parts of fatherhood no one warns you about. Grounded in research, expert insights, and real stories, it’s a sanity-saving guide that shatters the most dangerous myths of fatherhood.

Consider this book a trusted companion for your parenting journey: offering guidance, reassurance, and tools to help you grow into a patient, present, actively engaged dad anyone would like to… friend.

About the Author

As a new dad, Kevin Seldon struggled to find support. These feelings of isolation were the motivation behind his inspiring dad-focused podcast, DILF (Dad I’d Like To… Friend), which has since been featured everywhere from The New York Times to People Magazine, while breaking into Apple’s Top 10 parenting podcast charts.

He then launched a nonprofit network of leading fatherhood organizations, building one of the largest dad communities in the country.

After hearing from dads around the world who were also struggling — both in their relationships and in their new role as a parent — he’s now created a sanity-saving guide to improve the mental health of new dads.
